Prix's e-signature link works best on a PC browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). Some limitations may exist in in-app browsers like those within the KakaoTalk or Naver app.
You can only participate in the e-contract by entering the email or phone number to which the signature was requested.
If additional authentication methods like an access code or PASS authentication were set, please complete them.
After authentication, you can review the contract document and proceed with the signature.
Checking Reference Materials: If the requester attached reference materials, a pop-up will appear (they are available for download).
Signing: You can easily sign the document by checking the number of fields you need to fill out. Clicking the "Use Previous Signature" button allows you to use a signature you previously used on Prix.
When all signatories have completed the process, the signed contract document and an Audit Trail Certificate will be sent to their email.
The Audit Trail Certificate includes basic contract information (Electronic Signature Title, Electronic Signature ID, Creation Date, Number of Signatories) and the requester's information (Name, Email).
